Assistant General Manager
Summary
Joined the Al-Mamoun Group of companies as National After-sales Manager to
establish the after-sales operations for Hino National Sales Company in Sudan. I
am now also overseeing the operations and performance management of
various other business devisions in the group as Assistant General Manager.
Responsibilities
* I spearhead the new dealer development projects and manage the timelines
to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
* Working closely with management team to establish and implement short
and long-term goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating
procedures; monitored and evaluated operational effectiveness.
* Successfully introduced and managed work plans to achieve the goals and
objectives.
* Implemented monthly, weekly and daily performance management
standards for continuous improvement in KPI's.
* Generated KPI reporting and dashboard communication format for
management planning.
* Prepared and applied new ideas, procedures and processes to improve
productivity, quality management for continuous improvement of the
organization.
* Provided strategic advice and recommendations to leadership in the
development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating
policies, practices, and procedures within the specified functional area of
focus.
* Analyzed, designed, documented, and implemented internal reporting
systems and procedures for the organization.
* Conducted quality improvement training for management and implemented
productivity models and operating procedures and policies to ensure
effective departmental performance monitoring.

employee skills. I develop and train these employees to deploy in the new
dealers.
* Compiled budgets based on multiple known and projected factors e.g.
facility, employee and equipment requirements.

the Units in Operation (UIO), Service retention, future unit sales
performance, market trend and past performance to ensure net sales and
profits are in line with company objectives
* Summarize financial accounts and preparing profit and loss statement, and
other reports.
* Control profitability through the application of sound business, financial, and
growth-oriented management practices.
* Monitoring daily operation schedules for all departments for accuracy and
ensuring daily operational goals are realized.
* Track key performance indicators of operations including Sales, service,
quality, safety and cost.
* Oversee inventory, purchasing and supplies; order stock for signed off
quotes with deposits.
* Conduct risk management assessments, as well as ensuring legislative
compliance.
* I provided input in setting up the logistics and supply chain.
* Overseeing accounts receivables, payments, deposits, and other
transactions; troubleshoot problems and resolving account discrepancies.
* Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer
refunds, process and review account adjustments, small balance write off,
customer reconciliations and processing credit memos; resolve client
discrepancies and short payments; monitor, maintain and reconcile
customer receivable account balances.
* Building relationships with suppliers, companies, and clients; developing
programs to attain maximum customer satisfaction; developing and
implementing annual business plan for the sales department.
* Collaborate with the marketing department on branding, signage and
advertising campaigns.
